Automated Photo Studio Schedule Management via Outlook and Google Calendar

  • In 6.8 and 6.8.1 With a couple clicks your events, sessions or appointments can be exported from PSM Quest, tracked and displayed in Outlook and on the Web with Google's free calendar.

  • This demo is with Quest 6.6 the only difference is you start from Event Management link on the New Quest menu and then go to the Events Tab

  • Google Calendar offers:
    • 2-way sync - All events in your primary Google Calendar and your default Microsoft Outlook calendar are synced together. Once you've selected this option, any changes you make to events in either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar will be reflected in both applications.
    • If you modify the same event multiple times in both applications, the most recent update will sync between Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar. Additionally, if you delete an event in Microsoft Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar, this event also will be deleted when viewing the other application.
    • Schedule sharing - Let your co-workers, family, and friends see your calendar.
    • Get your calendar on the go. With two-way syncing to your mobile phone's built-in calendar or a mobile version of Google Calendar that's made for the small screen, you can access your calendar while you're away from your desk.
    • Never forget another event again.  Customizable reminders help you stay on schedule. You can choose to be notified by email or get a text message sent right to your mobile phone.
    • Send invitations and track RSVPs.  Invite other people to events on your calendar. Guests can RSVP to your events by email or via Google Calendar.
    • Embeddable in your website - simple and quick and automatically updated!  Just as you see on our demo pages here or if your website is in flash you can still use it effectively as a pop-up web link.
